Ask one question at a time
Start with a question you can act on. Do practical product examples attract more trial interest than creator profiles? Keep the language, format and publishing window as comparable as possible while you explore the content difference. If you change everything together, you will struggle to explain the result.
Compare like with like
Record each post's publication time, platform, topic, language and intended market. Compare results at the same age after publication. Keep impressions, interactions, link clicks and trial sign-ups separate. Do not add reach figures and describe the sum as unique people without a way to remove overlap.
Keep the uncertainty visible
An organic comparison is not automatically a controlled A/B test. Distribution, timing and audience mix can differ between posts. Treat early patterns as directions worth testing again. Record weak results and missing data as well as the successes.
Move from interest to a testable offer
When a theme repeatedly attracts relevant interest, build a clear offer and a matching destination page. Track the link through to the action that matters. Before a paid campaign, decide the budget, measurement window and stop rule. Organic engagement alone does not establish that a paid campaign will convert.
What we would put in the weekly review
The question tested, the posts compared, their age, the available metrics, a short interpretation and the next experiment. A decision log is more useful than a wall of charts if it tells the team what will change next week.
