Start with the job
Write down the audience, language, market, format, timing and budget. Separate the requirements from preferences. A food creator with a different filming style might still be a better fit than a familiar name whose audience is wrong for the brief.
Make the evidence easy to check
Link to relevant recent posts. Note when you checked the profile and distinguish a typical result from an unusually successful one. Keep unknown audience details or unconfirmed rates marked as unknown. A clean spreadsheet should not make uncertain information look certain.
Give outreach something useful
Add a short reason for the recommendation and one question to resolve. For example: “Explains recipes clearly in Arabic. Check audience location and availability for a November shoot.” That is more useful to the next person than a follower count on its own.
